Hello sir, my wife is 26 years old and she is 30 weeks pregnant now before marriage she had some problem with kidney and biopsy was done and result shows glomerolosclerosis .we got married in february 24 2019 and was pregnant on 19 june we done scanning .report showed cardiac activity was not represent doctor advised for abortion after abortion 3 months later again she was pregnant and we consulted nephrologist and advised us to end pregnancy because Dr. told us mother may have iugr ,pregnancy induced hypertension, preeclampsia and fetal demise. And we consulted another nephrologist and he also same. After that we consulted our doctor who is md and super specialist in diabetic, cardiology and bp advised us to continue pregnancy because he said the nephrologist we consulted are confused and diagnosed as nephrotic syndrome but it not nephrotic syndrome and told us to examine blood (serum creatinine) and urine albumin test every ten or fifteen days and the result are normal her lipid and lft is also done now her triglyceride level showed 220.
